IX All-Russian School-Workshop
on Electromagnetic Sounding of the Earth
Named in Honor of M.N. Berdichevsky, L.L. Vanyan and V.I. Dmitriev
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 9th All-Russian School-Workshop on Electromagnetic Soundings of the Earth, named in honor of M.N. Berdichevsky, L.L. Vanyan, and V.I. Dmitriev (EMS-2025). This school-workshop has long been one of the largest forums for specialists in electromagnetic (EM) geophysical methods.
Abstracts of more than 70 reports were received for EMS-2025, most of them were declared as oral. Due to the limited time for oral reports, section conveners will be forced to convert some reports from oral to poster. Please treat this with understanding. For many presentations, a poster presentation may be more appropriate than an oral presentation and will provide more effective feedback. A dedicated time slot will be allocated for poster presentations.
Venue
Venue
Please note that the venue for the scientific sessions has changed.
The updated location is the V.G. Rasputin Scientific Library (Nauchnaya Biblioteka imeni V.G. Rasputina), located at 126/2 Lermontova Street, Irkutsk, Russia.
Following the sessions, an optional field trip to Lake Baikal will be organized. This excursion will include field demonstrations of geophysical equipment and a geological tour.
